Well, that was close

Weather: 50ish and cloudy

Comments:
After not running in Jan or Feb, decided needed to train for someting (cleveland 10k) so decided to run crazylegs as a prep race, ran crazylegs 8k in 26:47 (5:08,10:34,15:56,21:30?) started out behind main track club group and slowly reeled them in on downhills in first mile then passed other groups on massive downhills after observatory, ran behind flannagan to attempt to bridge the gap to evan joyce's group before the 3 mile turn into the wind but flannagan surged and was dropped and entered 2nd half in no mans land, 3 sec gap widened a bit and was caught by group with river, kyle, and leading woman a bit after 4 miles, surged on downhill next to camp randall and dropped all but leading woman then had to do full out sprint to stay in front of her at the finish, legs pretty tired after, 50ish and cloudy out, warmup 10 minutes from house to john nolen and back via bike path then a bit later ran from house to start then cooled down about an hour after the race from camp randall to house
