Comments:
Got a surprise 3rd leg after jake got hurt, so ran 4 mile leg (B-14,15?) in 27:50 later in afternoon (85ish and sunny), first 2 miles on sand trail through woods, but managed 13:50, rolling hills but no huge uphills and shaded, then made the turn at 13:50, last two miles on hilly dirt road with no shade, and finished on long uphill, completely wiped out after finish, probably the worst I've felt on a run from an aerobic and non calf muscle standpoint for years, passed one team though, but lost ground to another team, overall team finished in front of 40+ team (#5) for first time ever, though still behind after handicap
