Jog-A-thon

Well I thought I better start writing on this so Coach Rusty doesn't get mad at me. LOL.. :]

Before we started the Jog-a-thon I was feeling pretty good. I have to admit I thought I wasn't going to get a lot of laps in. I kept telling myself that I could do it! I could run for 30minutes..iv'e done that before.."Just forget yourself and just run." After the jog-a-thon I was surprized that I had gotten 16 laps!! I didn't think i would get that many.. :] I was so happy that i had kept going and pushed myself during the run.

I am the only person that knows the pain I am going through, and being the only person with that knowledge gives me strength. Because I know that I am working harder to be the very best that I can be! I love pushing myself beyond the breaking point of my mind..not knowing what I can become.
