Exercise Type: Run

Ran the first chunk with Cromer Phil and Dom and the last chunk with Dom, Nick and Petro. Overall felt good although I was sweating more than I have in a very long time. I was able to ring out my shorts after about 2 miles which was pretty nasty. Looked like I got out of a pool.
