6:50pm, no watch; house 6, campus, NP (turned around and ran Tim's last 400meters with him then went back out), Warr.Cntr.Rd, SP, NP, campus, house 6.

kinda waivered between feeling good and "blah", but this was a good run. pretty sure I'm fully recovered from Great Lakes Relay but we'll see if my body revolts tomorrow during hills.
