Ran with Greg. Did a 2 mile warmup then some 200's with 1 min rest in between. Did 40, 36, 36, 34, 32, 31, 30. Felt pretty good and strong. None of them really felt difficult except for the last 100m of the last one. Did 1 mile cooldown and then 4x 100m strides.
