Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We ran 50 minutes for today, we ran all the way out to reids and back, we also did part of the college course around the baseball fields. I felt ok on this run, my hip felt kind of tight whih bothers me because i'm afraid my injury will come back. It was an exhausting run, but i feel like i kept p with everyone for the most part.
