Comments:
hill workout with anthony, 5 hills around the cathedral campus. anant illegally tagged us by falsely waving as a fox. not of concern because i was more focused on the workout anyway. first 1 felt kind of slow, 2 3 and 4 felt strong, 5 was a bit lagging but picked up at the end. cool down inbetween and 2 cooldown laps on the track. crunch progression after! definitely starting to feel stronger.
