Comments:
went to the gym to work out with my trainer, Ernest. aS I was warming up on the treadmill, he told me he wanted me to do a five-minute mile. no problem, I said, but it's been a while since I've run speed. after warm-up and stretching, I ran the mile in 4:55, including the time it took for the treadmill to get up to speed. I was pretty tired afterward.
