Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Feeling antsy, so all went to LTF--I wanted to assess how my thumb would feel with a little action--on the treadmill. Started REALLY slow and felt fine; gradually increased and the thumb felt no worse through the activity...all the way up to 8.5 mph. Eventually, decided to run 10k before cooling down; 46:33 at 10k, and took 5 minutes to cool down.

On the bright side: taking out the BTS classes may give me a greater opportunity to adequately rest before the CCR and O1/2M.

First run in new shoes--felt good.
