pilgrim road hill

Comments:
warmup with julia marisa and kate 4 laps, steady on the pilgrim road hill then 4 hills hard, 2 more laps easy. shouldve put more effort into the first 2 hills, fell back behind the pack. wasnt hard but wasnt easy, still kinda felt the hills from friday. ready for a steady day tomorrow. crunches and pushups after.
