Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
You know those little plants with the thorns on them like roses. Those things are mean.
I did the cross country ab-workout from last year and the lifting as well. Whew those planks never fail to almost kill me. Luckily I survived and got to run down 21st street into some heavy brush. I felt slow and it took a while for my body to get going again after the workout. Overall it was a good run and I worked on my form. I've experimented a lot so I hope I am somewhat running in good form.
