Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We ran an easy 2k for a warm up then we ran a hard 1k then an easy one, then a hard one, and then another easy one and took a 5 minute break. Then we did another easy 1k, and then a hard 1K. We then finished off the evening with a barefoot 1k. I don't think i did that great today i had not had hardly anything to eat or drink all day, i had my senior pictures so i was running around crazy, and i just felt mentally exhausted. For some reason i felt like i was trying to find some excuse to stop, but i was able to keep myself from stopping. I just felt like i was giving my all but at the same time i didn't feel like i was trying hard enough. There was also a few moments where my hips would hurt me.Also the time is probably not correct since i didn't have my watch. But all the problems i had today were my fault so i blame no one but myself, and i don't hate you coach, even if you did make me do 25 pushups, al it did was prove i could do them easily :)
