WU to mayfield
12*300meter mayfield hills w/ Tim; no watch but they were at a slightly easier effort then what we normally do 10*300
CD to house 6

Tim and I talked mainly about training concepts for most of the intervals, which helped me keep the pace in check since I was generally tired anyways from 19 miles in the past 12 hours. This wasn't really that difficult, I just felt the same level of fatigue from beginning to end; not worried about it.
