Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
i was gonna run with john, one of my old high school xc buds, but he bailed. went to shamrock anyways, where we had our xc course for county and sometimes region. each lap is a mile; the first half is uphill, the second half downhill. even though i haven't run at shamrock all summer, it gets boring after seven consecutive times. started out at 7:20 pace for the first two and slowly increased pace. last mile was about 6:20-30
