Weather: early and cool
Comments:
Started out around 5:15. Ran a couple of towns over along the lake of Constance. Was hoping for 8 to 10 miles and was very please with both distance and time. Took the water belt and drank 10 oz of water and 1 gel at 50 minutes or so. Really hit a zone from about 6 to 9. Harder toward the end as the landmarks of home started to appear. Quite a lot of hills at places, felt a flutter in the left knee but not much. Will keep a close eye on this for future long runs.
