Mile repeats

Comments:
We did 3 mile repeats.I definitely didn't feel my best tonight. Through he first two mile repeats my stomach was hurting extremely bad, but the last ne i felt a little better. Another wierd thing was while i was running i found it extremely hard to balance myself, i kept feeling like i was falling to one side and i couldn't help it. I stayd hydrated today and i ate the right foods so i dont know what was wrong with me. I guess im not pushing myself hard enough.
