Weather: Not as hot as usual

Comments:
Did 3 miles on the treadmill and tried to up my pace. I think the majority of it was at about 9min miles but I cant remember. I seem to remember that I ran the fastest 3 miles I've ever ran before and managed it in 26mins! Woohoo.

Am trying to burn 500 calories each time I go to the gym and managed it today. Yay.
