Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I went on the treadmill today in the ladies gym and it was empty! Just me and some other girl in there. Did 10mins rowing and 10mins on the bike and then hopped onto the treadmill thinking I'd do my usual 3 miles. I had the setting on at 6.5 which equates to 9.14min miles. So kept it steady at that and just ran. And ran. And ran. And ran. And then decided I may as well see if I could do 6miles - and I did!

I may have discovered the secret to running on the treadmill. Watch rubbish tv. Forget my ipod, thats boring. But TV seems to distract me a bit more than music. I even ended up watching football! But it seems to work. So thats what I'm going to do from now on.

Also, as there was just two of us in the gym, it was a lot cooler than normal in there. I still sweated to death but for some reason, I coped!

Burnt 650 calories. Came home famished and ate noodles. Yum. I needed it.
