Weather: good, like yesterday, except the sun was out but there was still cloud coverage
Comments:
easy easy easy run with basically the front pack
hit millenium and some back neighborhoods
went back to centre and went around some neighborhoods and hit the track
4x100 strides
upper body weights
but im getting frustrated bc we are only doing legs only once a week.
