Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Wah wah wah
Run was good, ran over to the track and then did 2 miles on the field followed by ultrasound then another 2 on the field then back.
Foot felt really good but I still worry all the time. I think I should be fine as long as I continue to take care of it. Virtually no pain on the run.
