usually on saturdays i work out with my trainer at 11am, so i was looking forward to sleeping in. he sent me a text last night telling me to come to the 6:30 workout on the track at Tucker Middle. got to bed around 1, he called me up at 6. i was excited for it in an odd way, so i went, planning on a nap later. it was a pretty good workout. we ran halfway around the track, did 25 lunge exchanges x4, then the same thing with 15 "explosive" push-ups. then some 80-meter sprints to finish.
