Comments:
Started off the warmup a little cramped up but felt it out. Very hard workout run with 2 eight minute sessions and 5 one minute sessions of increased speed. 6:20 pace for the first 8-er then 6 flat for the second 8-er. Was dog tired at the end of the run and could barely complete the last 2 sprints.
