so today on the first mile (after we got there) i was feeling pretty good and i didnt fall behind. then when we were suppose to go 95% on the mile back i stayed with callie and chelsie for a half a mile. i tried so hard to stay with them. all i want to do is stay at their pace. but they totally took off on the last half. no matter how hard i moved my legs it just didnt go fast enough.
