I had a very nice workout. In keeping up with my schedule I have started this week with phase two of my plan. I ran at the Lifestyles indoor track which is 0.1 miles long or (176yrds). I ran 4X2 laps with 1 lap rests in between. With a mile warm up and a mile warm down Here is what it looked like.

And one more important thing, I weighed in at 221lbs! That is 19lbs total from when I first started the program.
