Comments:
I felt a little loose compared to yesterday, but my lunch made it a little hard. Ive been desperate for food lately and just fried up some pasta and frozen veggies.. not too good. It felt tough once I realized I was running 10. It had to have been my first 10km in several months, so I'm proud of myself :)
