Team competition workout

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
We did two 2ks and one 1k. I did not feel good at all during our runs, my legs are extremely tired and my calves were cramping up while i was running. I felt like i was having a hard time breathing and my stomach was hurting. It was an all around bad day for me even though i stayed hydrated. I don't know what went wrong. But i was very proud of my team, they did an excellent job and won the competition by a long shot!
