Comments:
1 wu. 5 mile repeats on the track at race goal pace. ran with kurt and taylor and brett. pretty good run. felt really good for the first 4 then not so much on the last one. my times were around 5:30 average I would say or just a little under possible, not real sure since I just take Kurt's lead usually.
