Exercise Type: Run
Weather: sunny, a bit warmer than it has been, so enjoyable
Comments:
hip a little sore still from monday's run, wasn't so much sore actually, just tight during the warmup, but surprisingly (and pleasantly) i didn't notice it at all during the workout, though it did tighten up again during the cooldown. workout went great, before i headed down i had made my little gameplan of how fast i wanted to run per mile, and it was exactly what coachL had us running today, so that was good. they felt comfortable, even the last two weren't bad, i was kind of being a pansy because i didn't want to push too hard in the workout, but realistically in a race situation i better suck it up. 2-9 (-petro) ran well together, it was a good team workout.
5:13 (after a way fast start), 5:10, 5:15, 5:05, 4:55.
jogged a bit on van horn barefoot as part of cooldown, ups after the meeting.
