Comments:
Had first personal training today, once every week. should run 6 days per week, one hour each day. Watch what I eat, veggies, fruits are free... count starch, not to exceed 1200 calories. try not to eat anything white, all whole grain. run was good today, a little difficult getting back into it. went slow in some places, did some hills when I lowered my speed. A little pain in the foot, not too unbearable.. will ice and stretch it tonight.
