Weather: hot in the sun.

Comments:
2 mi warm-up, 4x1600 at goal pace (5:51; 5:45; 5:45; 5:37), 3 mi cool-down on the track, then back to veale, then around van horn.
I was actually pretty nervous about this workout because I didn't think I'd be able to keep that pace, so the fact that I did and that it wasn't too uncomfortable, was a big confidence boost. The first one felt really easy, and after that they got progressively harder as my legs got progressively sore-er. I probably wouldn't have negative-split the last one if Justine hadn't been leading. Really, a surprisingly good day.
