Weather: sunny and mild/air conditioning on.
Comments:
run relatively easy today, intervals, slow speeds with hills, graduated to 6.0 in some parts, 5.0 in slow parts, witha 2.5 hill respectively. Used superfeet insole with heel cups. No foot pain.
