Mile repeats with Shaker XC

Weather: hot, humid

Comments:
warm-up on 1550 course plus a little before and after. stretching, some drills. Mile repeats with no particular times for each group, just hard. Ran with Alyssa and felt pretty good through 3. Times somewhere around 6:24-6:40?, but didn't really care. 4th mile ran after probably 20-30 secs recovery with Katie Rownd. No idea the time, but it felt quite fast and quite challenging. A good tough end to a nice workout. Fun to run with a team again.
