Comments:
Shins haven't been feeling better, so I went to doctor, who said I have shin splints :/ At least not stress fractures. Going to be doing a lot of cross training. Pretty bummed because I ran all summer and now I can't run at the beginning of the season, but I guess if I don't fix it now, it'll just get worse later.
