Exercise Type: Weights
Comments:
this was a weights/ cardio or core workout. there were some kettlebell swings, pushups, laps around the building outside, and jump squats. at the end i did some clean presses (i don't know if that's the right word for it) at first i did 50 with a 50-lb bar; it was pretty exhausting, then ernest wanted me to do some with the 70-lb bar, so i did ten. it felt like a good accomplishment, but my shoulders and lower back were really hurting for the next few days.
