Comments:
my back was hurting even more than yesterday from the weights workout. i could barely function in the morning, when, of course, my mom wanted me to start packing. later in the day i managed an easy six miles to henderson, around twice and back. i decided that the leg from the street to the trail is .1mi, and that accounts for the slower times per mile whenever i run there. it was an alright run, because i started to forget about my back by the end of the run. not great though.
