finally back to my normal training routine

with Sean + roni...roni branched off at the powerlines and i ran back with Sean. felt easy aerobically and i could definitely talk and breathe in control and stuff but legs increasingly tired especially on the hills both up and down. i wasn't very talkative like i'd just respond to Sean the last 2 miles pretty bluntly i was pretty focused but thats normal for my not completely easy runs. it was worth buying a smoothie afterward.
now that my hip is ok im definitely getting back into the habit of quality long runs.
