Comments:
Threshold one mile because my shins hurt. supposed to do 3 but one the bright side I P.R. and that is my fastest mile time. Sadly, I beat my time trial time in threshold. Then I sat out but jumped in on the 2nd fartlek but I felt slow and kind of drained. I feel like I slowed down. Walked to the fitness center and Ellipical my cooldown.
