3k Time Trial

Comments:
we did a 16 minute warmup, then started our 3k, i felt pretty good at first but when i came up to the first 1k and i was going up the hill i felt my hip pulling and i had to back down, i was afraid i was going to really injure myself if i pushed myself even harder. i did't want to end up injuring myself on just a time trial. I was 30 seconds slower than the last 3k, so it wasn't that bad, but if i hadn't of been hurt i feel like i could have done under 13 minutes. I'm not really sure what my 2k and 3k times were, but this is just an estimate.
