Mile Repeats

Comments:
we ran down to legion for a cool down, then we did 3, 1 mile repeats. The first was a team run, the second mile was a split team run, and the last one was a partnered run and i was with kate. Then we ran back to school for a cool down. My hip didn't bother me while i was running today, it was a little tender on our way back to school, but it didnt hurt during the workout. I felt really tired today, especially on the last one.
i did 8 minute abs twice and then 9 dirty dozens
