first workout

Comments:
first real workout of the season. we ran down mlk to the lake. a six mile out and back tempo. i ran with the top guys and felt great. i definitely was pushing my limit, but it felt good. after, we ran three 300m accelerative striders and cooled down to veale. then did core work and weight training.resting heart rate: 36bpm--i think i did something wrong
