FELT BEASTLY. Let me tell you, the phoenix is rising from the ashes. The hills felt great, the 400s were AWESOME and the 200s were pretty great too. Such a nice difference from yesterdays hell of a run. Felt on top of things cause I was constantly hitting a little faster then my pace. Overall, good day.
