Practice at the EHS.

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
We had pictures today, then changed and ran. Torture.
The warm up sucked.. and then when we were doing agilities I almost passed out but I still kept going.
Then we ran down park lane to some other road and had water and ice waiting for us then turned around. Momma Harm said that I can run a long time, just not fast yet.
Then we did 4 100 meter (give or take) striders.
