Comments:
So, yeah EW this practice was terrible.
On the first 200, for the first 100 I was in the top JV and I felt SO good then all of a sudden I DIED.
On the second 200, coach Currie had to hold me up because i almost passed out and she said i should skip the next one if i needed too..
but me being stupid, I didn't and did reallllly bad on that 3rd one and gave up. I didnt even get my times for the last 2 because there was no point.
on the brightside, we got popsicles afterwords and went to the river.
And practice is at Merrill Park today, yessss.
