felt like i was pushing my pace today. i think it was still pretty much 10 minute pace but it felt faster and i enjoyed running with the newer girls. i feel like i'm helping the team when i lead the lower groups. nice for me to participate in.

smirk said that i should be trying to push the pace starting next week so we'll see about that. i guess it makes me a little nervous but i'm just gonna keep going one day at a time.
