pretty rough workout. kinda fell apart after the first 4, calves started cramping a lot. need to stretch those out more and ice. last few felt a little better when i went out with more of a controlled pace-didn't bother my legs as much. splits were: 3:00 3:01 3:02 3:05 3:07 3:13 3:07 3:10. fall on the 7th interval wasn't too bad, just a little rug burn on elbows. 3 mins rest between intervals.
