Weather: really nice. like 60 degrees
Comments:
ok so the hills were awful, so my time sucked, but i was flying on the entire downhill. and i met my competition goal for the season already!!!!! WOOOO! i really pushed it at the end, which was great. i cant believe i went at the pace i did for such a long time on the straight part after the hills. i was dying on that uphill, though. i could really feel it in my quads, but i pumped my arms like crazy. i was with ashley the whole time, which was great, because she was almost a whole minute faster than me last year! so the season is looking good for me! yay! bring on caldwell, baby!
