Comments:
Since I couldn't go to the farm, I did the workout in the evening around campus. I went by myself, so I had to memorize the intervals. I think I did okay; they might have been a little slow, but I went as fast as I could. I somehow missed one of the 1:30 segments and its recovery, and my cooldown was 40 seconds short. too bad. I tried.
