Long Run

I ran at Percival's Island and Blackwater by myself. My legs were a little tired at first because I had just come from rock climbing. They were pretty sore towards the end but my breathing and cardio were great. This was the longest I've ever run. I split it up in my head into a 6 mile leg, a 5 mile leg, and a 4 mile one. I reset my watch each time and it made it go by quicker. The 6 and the 4 were both mostly on flat paved path and the 5 was mostly trails with a few hills. the first six I ran pretty fast. My pace was in the lower 7's. The trails were slower (around 8 min pace) and I sped it back up to below 8 min pace when I came back on pavement. I messed up the route a little so there was an extra half mile where I just jogged back.
