600m on grass running 300, then walking the 100, twice. trying to get loosen up.
1 800 hard (hip hurt) -.-
5x100 meters of sprinting with no shoes on the grass (felt amazing :D until the 5th one -_-)

gonna ice, and get my antiflammatory. cant start therapy untill sept. 10 sml -.-
